Booked a room with exceptional views over the lake. The cost was gbp 1056. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, just next door to the lake, and the restaurant. The staff was affable and service-minded, offered excellent services.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. One of the things we liked the most was the stunning view of the harbor and old buildings. the parking was easily accessible and had plenty of spaces available. Another advantage we appreciated was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, who made our stay very relaxing.

There were also some things we didn't like as much. We were disappointed that the waffles were not available for our stay, as they were a childhood favorite of ours.

One of the waitresses left a less than positive impact on some customers, which can be disappointing for families looking for friendly and accommodating service.
